2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

This is the time required for us to verify, print (for custom items like T-shirts, Hoodies, and Tote Bags), quality-check, and package your order before handing it over to the carrier.

Standard Handling Time: 2–5 Business Days.

3. Shipping Method and Transit Time

We utilize reliable domestic carriers, including USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, and UPS.

5. Order Tracking Process

We will notify you via email in two steps:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after you place your order. Please carefully review your shipping address and order details here. Contact us immediately if you find any errors.
  2. Shipping Notification Email: Sent once your order is picked up by the carrier, which includes your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey via the dedicated Order Tracking page on our website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Responsibility

A. Customer Address Accuracy

We rely solely on the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible and cannot issue refunds for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

B. Loss After Delivery

Our responsibility for your package ends once the carrier confirms the item as Delivered at your provided address. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or missing after successful delivery confirmation.

C. Returned to Sender (RTS) Policy

If a package is returned to our facility due to an unclaimed delivery, refusal by the recipient, or an invalid address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment.

  • The customer will be responsible for the new shipping fees to re-send the package.
  • If we are unable to contact the customer or the customer fails to provide a valid reason for the return within 14 calendar days of the package arriving back at our facility, we will not be able to process a return or issue a refund for the order. The package will be held for a limited time and then disposed of.
