Since many of our products, including T-Shirts, Hoodies, and items with Custom Name options, move into the printing and processing pipeline shortly after an order is placed, we must enforce a strict timeframe for cancellations and modifications.
1. The 6-Hour Window
You may request to Cancel or Modify your order (including changes to size, color, shipping address, or Custom Name text) within 06 (Six) hours from the time you successfully placed your order.
- Example: If you place your order at 10:00 AM (EST), you must request a cancellation or modification before 04:00 PM (EST) on the same day.
2. Order Cancellation Process
- Within the 6-Hour Window: If the cancellation request is received within the first six hours, we will cancel the order and process a 100% refund of your payment.
- After the 6-Hour Window: Your order will have already been submitted to our production line. At this stage, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the order has not yet been packaged and handed to the carrier, we may attempt to stop the process, but this is subject to the current production status.
3. Order Modification Process
- Within the 6-Hour Window: We will prioritize making the requested adjustments (e.g., changing the shipping address, size, color, or Custom Name content) before the product is sent for printing.
- After the 6-Hour Window: We cannot guarantee any changes. If the modification involves the Custom Name or product details (size/color), we may have to deny the request, as the item may have already been printed according to the original specifications.
4. How to Submit Your Request
To ensure your request is handled as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our Customer Support team at support@attegy.com.
- The email subject line must start with “URGENT CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION REQUEST” followed by your Order Number.
- In the email body, clearly state:
- Whether your request is a Cancellation or a Modification.
- If it is a Modification, list the exact details that need to be changed.
Important Note: Any modification or cancellation request is only considered successful upon written confirmation (a return email) from our team. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your request is considered unsuccessful.
