Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help you with an exchange or a full refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility and Timeframe
We accept requests for Returns (for Refund) or Exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered to your address (based on carrier tracking information).
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must include all original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- The item must not fall under the Non-Returnable Items category (see Section 2).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Items requested after the 14-day window from the delivery date.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, stains, unusual odors (such as perfume or smoke), or damage caused by the customer.
- Customized Items: Any product featuring a Custom Name or other personalized content, unless the item is flawed due to a manufacturing or printing error on our part.
- Gift Cards and items marked as Final Sale.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to our Customer Support team at support@attegy.com with the subject line: “RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST – YOUR ORDER NUMBER”.
- Provide Details: In the email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- The quantity and a detailed Reason for the return (e.g., printing error, wrong size was sent, changed mind).
- For exchanges: Clearly state the new product you want (e.g., Exchange Size M T-Shirt for Size L T-Shirt).
4. Return Shipping Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved:
- We will email you a Pre-paid Return Label. This label is linked to one of our trusted shipping partners (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) for safe and tracked return.
- Secure Packaging: Pack your items securely in a box and affix the provided Return Label to the outside of the package. Ensure all old shipping labels are removed or covered.
- Drop the package off at the corresponding carrier’s location to be shipped back to us.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are determined by the reason for the return:

6. Processing Refunds and Exchanges
A. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 Business Days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or financial institution.
B. Exchanges
If you request an exchange, the new item will be processed and shipped after we have received and inspected your returned item.
- New Order Handling Time: 2–5 Business Days.
- New Order Transit Time (Standard Shipping): 5–7 Business Days.
The Total Estimated Time to receive your exchanged product is 7–12 Business Days (after we receive the original item).
7. Returned to Sender (RTS) Policy
If a package is returned to our facility due to an unclaimed delivery, refusal by the recipient, or an invalid address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment.
- The customer will be responsible for the new shipping fees to re-send the package.
- If we are unable to contact the customer or the customer fails to provide a valid reason for the return within 14 calendar days of the package arriving back at our facility, we will not be able to process a return or issue a refund for the order. The package will be held for a limited time and then disposed of.
