This policy applies to refunds processed after an order cancellation or after products have been returned and inspected in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Cases Eligible for Full Refund

We will process a 100% refund (minus shipping fees, if applicable, depending on the Return Policy) in the following scenarios:

  • Successful Order Cancellation: The order was canceled within the 06-hour window from the time of purchase (as per our Order Cancellation & Modification Policy).
  • Severe Product Defect/Damage: The product received is torn, severely damaged, entirely misprinted compared to the order, or the wrong size due to our error.
  • Lost/Missing Item: The order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and cannot be replaced.

2. Partial Refunds for Minor Defects

We understand that sometimes a product may have a minor flaw but is still usable. In these cases, to reach a quick resolution and ensure customer satisfaction, we will process a Partial Refund.

Cases eligible for a Partial Refund:

  • Minor Cosmetic Flaws: Small printing errors, light stains that may be washable, or slight detail imperfections that do not affect the main function of the product.
  • Color/Image Discrepancy: Slight color variation between the physical product and the on-screen image (due to monitor settings).
  • Customer Decides to Keep Flawed Item: The customer reports a product defect but chooses to keep the product instead of returning it.

In these situations, we will:

  1. Work directly with the customer via email at support@attegy.com.
  2. Assess the severity of the flaw based on the images/videos the customer provides.
  3. Propose a reasonable refund amount (typically a percentage of the product’s value) to compensate for the inconvenience.
  4. The partial refund will be processed upon written agreement (email) from both parties.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Ineligible Product: The product is used, past the 14-day limit, or does not comply with the criteria of our Return & Exchange Policy (Section 2).
  • Customer Error Damage: The product is damaged due to improper washing, misuse, or other customer negligence.
  • Unclaimed “Returned to Sender” (RTS) Order: If the order is returned to us due to a customer address error and the customer fails to respond to arrange re-shipment within 14 days (as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy).

4. Refund Process and Timeline

  1. Approval: The refund decision is made after a successful order cancellation or after a returned item is inspected and approved.
  2. Processing: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  3. Timeline: The refund processing time on our end takes 5–10 Business Days. The time it takes for the funds to actually appear in your account depends on your bank or financial institution and may take a few additional days.
